Horrible quality. Period. I ordered a 1,000 piece puzzle and am absolutely embarrassed to give it to the gift recipient. The image of the puzzle pasted to the outside of the box is distorted. The box was not sealed. There is no sealed bag inside to hold the puzzle pieces. Who knows how many pieces are likely missing. The print quality of the puzzle is complete amateur hour. The worst part is that if I return, you won’t refund the $15 shipping fee nor the return shipping. And the 30 day from order date window is laughable given how long it took to receive this amateur hour puzzle. So what’s the point of your “satisfaction guarantee”?
